I cannot access my tests
If you cannot access your tests, the most likely scenario is that you are not logged in to your account. Make sure before you view the 'My Tests' page that you have logged in to your BOFA account.
If when logged in you are still unable to view your tests, make sure you have an active subscription set up. You can check your subscriptions here. If your subscription has expired or you have not yet purchased one, set up a new subscription via our shop.
